In 2014 we saw over 250,000 new jobs added by employees and the national unemployment rate drop to around 6%. NerdWallet, a financial information website put together some of the top cities for job hunters in 2015.

  1. Lincoln, Nebraska

With the average monthly rent equaling out to $722 per month and an average yearly salary of $40,300, Lincoln is a nice town to set up shop. Doesn’t hurt that the city’s unemployment rate is at 2.3%.
